White Mud Cake

WHITE MUD CAKE RECIPE
500g White Mud Cake/Muffin Mix
2 Eggs
200ml Water
25ml White Rum (optional)
150g White Chocolate (melted)
100ml Oil
Place the first 4 ingredients into a mixing bowl and blend on low speed for 2 minutes. Mix chocolate and oil, allow to cool, then add to mixing bowl and blend on second speed for 1 minute. Place into 18cm tin, greased and lined. Bake for 60 minutes at 160-170 degreees.
