Bakels Multi-Purpose Sponge Mix

INGREDIENTS

230ml  Water

200g    Eggs ( 4 eggs )

500g    Bakels Multi-Purpose Sponge Mix

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Whisk together on low speed. Scrape down.

Whisk on top speed for 6 – 8 minutes. Then on second speed for 2 minutes.

Oven temperature for Sponge rounds 190 deg. C. & Swiss Rolls 220 deg. C.
