BAKELS GINGERBREAD MIX

Ingredients

Bakels Gingerbread Mix 1kg

Golden Syrup 185g

Cake Margarine - Medium Grade 370g

Water (variable) 110g

Method

1.Cream Golden Syrup & Cake Margarine on low speed for approx. 1 minute or, until mixed.

2. Add Bakels Gingerbread Mix on low speed and add water.

3. Mix for approx. 1 - 2 minutes until well blended.

4. Do not over mix.

5. Roll out and cut as required.

6. Baking temperature 180°C
