BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX

Ingredients

Bakels Shortbread Mix 1kg

Butter (salted) 0.550g

Method

1. Cream the butter until light.

2. Blend in the Bakels Shortbread Mix on low speed (DO NOT OVER MIX)

3.Pin shortbread dough out to a thickness of 6 to 10mm.

4. Cut to desired shape.

5. Place shapes on silcon paper on a baking tray.

6. Bake at 180°C for approximately 18 minutes

Yield

Approximately 46 biscuits when scaled at 30g
